It Aint’ Nothing But A Chinga Dera is a look into the life of an amazing man, Demo. This story takes you into his center, where passion and love coupled with fire and envy will be bestowed upon you. For his life is a great life.

This story is a documentary of ‘a day in the life of Demo. Though it had been a work in progress for many years, it signifies one day. A day for which any of the other 364 days in the year could also reflect.

Strong unity surrounds him, created by family and friends. He is a compadre to many and loved by all.

One way in which Demo shares love is through his talent of cooking. The first night I met him he gave me a plate of his cooking. I had never tasted anything so succulent and delicious. That was the beginning of a beautiful friendship, one which I still cherish to this day.
